These T&Cs apply to all services provided by NGS Aviation GmbH to business clients (§ 14 BGB). NGS acts solely as a broker and advisor and is not an air carrier.

NGS brokers charter agreements between the client and EASA Part 135-certified operators. The transport contract is concluded solely between the client and the operator.

Quotes are non-binding. A binding booking requires written confirmation from NGS and full payment. NGS may decline a request without giving reasons.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment due before departure by bank transfer. Changes in fuel surcharges or fees are billed separately.

> 14 days: 25% · 7–14 days: 50% · 3–7 days: 75% · < 72h: 100% of the charter price.

As a broker, NGS is not liable for the operator's performance of the flight. Liability limited to intent and gross negligence.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
